1/ Our Services
Smilt AI builds custom AI voice agents for businesses, including:

  • AI Virtual Receptionists
  • Voice AI Qualifiers
  • These solutions handle inbound and outbound calls, book appointments, answer FAQs, and qualify leads.
 

2/ Onboarding Process
We only work with qualified leads. Our onboarding steps include:

  • Discovery Call – We assess your business needs and website.
  • Proposal Call – We present a tailored solution and scope.
  • Contract Signing – The project officially begins upon signing.
 

3/ Project Timeline
Processing Time: 1 week after contract signing.

Delivery Time: Projects are delivered within 2 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity.

4/ Payments

50% upfront is required to begin development.

50% upon completion, before final delivery.

After delivery, clients must pay a monthly support & maintenance fee (100%).

If monthly payment is delayed beyond 2–3 days, all services and dashboard access will be paused until payment is made.

5/ Client Dashboard
Upon project completion, clients receive:

  • Unique login credentials.
  • Access to a custom dashboard with voice agent metrics, call logs, performance data, and appointment reports.
 

6/ Client Obligations
The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information.
  • Make all payments as scheduled.
  • Do not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the AI system.
  • Comply with applicable laws and platform usage rules.
 

7/ Intellectual PropertyAll AI solutions, code, and infrastructure developed by Smilt AI remain the intellectual property of Smilt AI, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

8/ Limitation of Liability
Smilt AI is not liable for indirect damages, revenue loss, or disruptions caused by service suspension due to non-payment or third-party issues.

9/ Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is considered.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

2/ Refund
If canceled within 7 days, your 50% upfront payment will be refunded in full.

After the 7-day window, no refund will be issued due to resource allocation and work commencement.

3/ Refund turnaround time
Refund will be processed and credited into your account within 5-7 business days.
